Traity, the reputation standard startup from Madrid, has released “Markets”, a mobile directory of sharing economy services which helps people find opportunities for alternative income sources.
Juan Cartagena, CEO at Traity, said: “We found that most people use sharing economy services as a new source of income, but many people simply do not even know that a service exists to leverage their skills or assets. Coming from Spain, with 47% in youth unemployment, and with all the current debate at the WEF in Davos about inequality unemployment as a major global risk, we thought we could just help people discover economic opportunities by putting all those marketplaces together.”
The application presents a curated list of sharing economy startups, from the juggernauts like Uber to much smaller marketplaces in Thailand you and I might had never heard of.
